Who can stay?

Following removal of Covid restrictions in Scotland we can welcome all guests again, holiday makers, business guests and staycationers.  (We really hope this situation does not change but please follow current guidelines)

Check in

Each of our properties can be self checked in with keys from key safe or by social distance meet at premises. We provide hand sanitiser and complementary masks and, of course, accommodation is fully cleaned between guests.

Each premises has its own front door and NO shared indoor spaces, eg corridors, hallways. The garden at Moatville is shared between Upper and Lower and arrangements are made directly with guests over use of garden tables and seating areas.

Are we offering daily/ weekly service?

At the current time, to protect all of us, we are offering housekeeping service during your stay by prior arrangement only and not as standard. We supply full sets of  spare linens and towels so guests are free to change linens during stay, just ask. These are collected, laundered and returned. Each premises has a washing machine to allow guests to do own laundry. All are supplied with cleaning materials and vacuum cleaners. Please contact us directly to book daily/ mid stay housekeeping, this may incur additional charges. We will service when guests are out. We will try and accommodate whatever timings best suit guests.

Emergencies

Occasionally items stop working and if we require to carry out emergency repairs or maintenance we will arrange that as quickly as possible. Please accept that Covid restrictions may cause delays.  It may be that guests will require to leave the accommodation whilst repairs are being carried out or at very least remain in another room well away from repair person, who will be wearing a face mask and will fully ventilate the working area and sanitise surfaces.

At end of stay

Guests are asked to strip beds and put all used linens in laundry bags supplied.

Mattress and pillow protectors are to be left on beds, they are stripped and replaced when we do changeovers. Leaving them on until then protects the mattresses and pillows from any airborne virus.

We ask that guests leave accommodation clean and tidy at end of stay.
