Moatville is a spacious detached Victorian house and walled garden which has been divided to two apartments each with own entrance. Each can be booked separately or both together to give accommodation for a larger family group.  The walled south facing garden is secure and the glass summer house and outdoor seating areas give opportunity to enjoy  the garden whatever the weather.

A first floor apartment accessed by wide turret staircase with handrail and beautiful stained glass window.

Lounge, 3 bedrooms, ( 1 superking, 1 twin and 1 single as standard) , there is an extra bed which can be put into one of the larger bedrooms or lounge for family groups. Dining kitchen, utility room , family bathroom with overbath shower and separate shower room .

On street parking available at front or rear of property, accessing via garden gate.
